Maulik N Parekh holds a BE(Mech), MS(IE) from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (US), MBA from Cornell University (US) & CAIA charter (Alternative Investments). He has 12 years experience with Global Fortune 500 firms (Barclays, Citi, UTC) in Investments & Treasury domain. He has functional expertise as Head of ALM and Head of Structured Finance, managing $5 Bn balance sheet and $1 Bn Investment Portfolio.

He is a 3rd generation Investments & Markets professional and personally has 20 years experience of Investing in Global Equities. He is passionate about identifying Investment opportunities using fundamental, technical and quantitative methods. He is uniquely qualified for Investment Management in Public Equity & Private Credit.

Outside of Financial Markets, he is passionate about CrossFit & Hatha Yoga methodology of holistic wellness. Other interests include Astrology, Ayurved, Business Books and Alma Mater associations.

Ketan Shah is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and his versatile experience comprises senior positions across seven platforms in circa 25 years - SBI Capital Markets Ltd. (Mumbai& Ahmedabad), Torrent Group (a private group with interests in the power and pharma sectors), Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Securities Ltd., Barclays Capital Ltd., Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. & Daiwa Capital Markets India Pvt. Ltd.

He last held the position of Head - Investment Banking at Daiwa, a Japanese investment banking house. While his focus has primarily been on Equity Financing, Infrastructure Financing and M&A, KS has deals (both successful and abortive) to his credit across the following diverse range of Equity & Debt Capital Raising, M&A Advisory

KS has worked with a wide range of organizations - public sector undertakings, professionally run private institutions, promoter driven corporate groups, the big four global audit firms, multinational global banks, securities houses and MNC corporates from the West as well as the East, as well as companies, lenders, regulators, debt investors and equity investors of different hues in India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, China, Japan, Middle East, UK, Europe & the US.
